Montana native, Ted Schlegel, has been a Real Estate Broker for 20+ years.  As a local and state leader and spokesman in the industry, he has worked with an extensive network of Brokers statewide.  He has coordinated the efforts of these professionals to bring the lending community local servicing of all its non-productive REO property needs, from pre-foreclosure through disposition.

Ted Schlegel, Broker/Owner, has been very active in the local and State Realtor® associations.  He is a past President and Vice-President of the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors®.  He has served as a Local Director, State Director, and was twice elected as District Vice-President.  Ted has chaired and served on numerous boards, committees and task forces, and has led several Professional Standards hearings.  He was recognized for his contributions by being name Realtor® of the Year 1996 and 1999, and has received Realtor® Active in Politics award.  He has the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation, and has a vast amount of experience in all areas of the industry, including residential, land, waterfront, commercial, subdivision, repossessed and distressed properties.
